                        Membership & Renewal Application

We are very pleased that you are joining/renewing your membership. You may complete your membership application and your renewal to Cardigan u3a online here

  • You will need to select the type of membership that you need using the drop down arrow.
  • You will need to select the correct fee, Y/N to receive Third Age Matters magazine and select the correct payment method: BACS or cheque.
  • We have a SumUp machine at monthly meetings if you want to pay by card.

Please note that you are currently unable to authorise a bank transfer using this form.

We take payment by cards, bank transfer or cheques. Please make your cheque payable to ‘Cardigan u3a’ and send it with your completed application to our Membership Secretary:

reference, using the following details:

The amount of the annual subscription for membership of Cardigan u3a is with effect from 1st April 2025:

(i) £16.00 for existing members.

(ii) (a) £16.00 for new members who join during the first quarter of the year.

(b) £12.00 for new members who join during the second quarter of the year.

(c) £8.00 for new members who join during the third and last quarter of the year.

(iii) £8.00 for paid-up members of any other u3a for the full year.

NB Part of the annual membership subscription includes:

(i) a capitation levy paid to The Third Age Trust for public liability insurance, administration and support services.

(ii) payments for “Third Age Matters” and “Sources” magazines.
