We meet every Friday morning, and are an intermediate group in that we walk at the pace of the slowest, taking things a little easier than our Tuesday friends. So if you want to walk but are not too sure if you are fit enough, come and try us. You may be surprised at what you can achieve – and you know it’s good for your health.
We tend to walk between 3 and 5 miles. We start at 10.30 and usually end at a pub or cafe for lunch. At the moment we are still quite a small group and we would love to see new faces so you will be made very welcome. Well behaved dogs with responsible owners are also welcome.
